• Significantly Faulty Edits: In rare instances where the delivered edits contain major errors or inconsistencies throughout the project, significantly impacting the overall quality.

To Request a Refund:

• For incorrect orders, please contact Snaghustle support within 48 hours of receiving the edited content.

• For significantly faulty edits, you must contact support within 2 days of receiving the edited content and provide a detailed explanation of the issues encountered. Snaghustle may request the original project files and edited content for review.

Processing Refunds:

• Snaghustle will review all refund requests within 48 business hours.

• If the refund is approved, a full or partial refund (depending on the situation) will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Refunds will not be granted for minor revisions requested after the initial delivery of edited content. Our revision policy allows for adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or dissatisfaction with the editing style or turnaround time once the editing process has begun. These details are clearly outlined during the order placement process.
